If you need assistance with self-service, please review the frequently asked questions below.
Due to security reasons, Proliant can only directly interact with authorized company contacts.
Select Register on the Proliant login page. You will be prompted to enter your Company ID, Last Name, Social Security Number, and Zip Code. From there, create a unique user name and password.
Note: Your Last Name, SSN, and Zip Code must match your employee file in the Proliant system. If you do not know your Company ID, please contact your company’s Payroll/HR Administrator.
If you are experiencing issues registering for a new user account, it could be one of the following issues:
If you have not received your one-time passcode, check your mailbox Spam folder. If the one-time passcode is not in your Spam folder, resend the code to your phone number via text message.
If you are still unable to obtain your one-time passcode, please contact your company’s Payroll/HR Administrator for further assistance.
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link located on the Proliant login screen.
From the Proliant Mobile App, select Forgot Password located on the bottom right side of the login screen.

From the Proliant portal, select to My Info > Paychecks/W-2. Select Last Check if you wish to view/print a single pay stub. To view multiple pay statement totals, Select Check History and print a Compensation Detail Report.
From the Proliant Mobile App, select My Pay on the home screen. You have the option of selecting the Current, Year to Date, and Historical views. Once a view is selected, click on the envelope icon to email the pay stub(s).

From the Proliant portal, select My Info > Paychecks/W-2 > W-2/1099. Select the year you wish to view then click Print to view a PDF copy of your tax form.
From the Proliant Mobile App, select W-2 from the home screen. Select the year you wish to view, then click View for a PDF copy of your tax form.
If you are unable to access your account, contact your current or former employer’s Payroll or HR department for additional support.
Direct Deposit Voucher
From the Proliant portal, select My Info > Paychecks/W-2 > Statements/Notifications. Scroll down to Electronic Direct Deposit Vouchers and select Click to Enroll.

From the Proliant portal, select My Info > Paychecks/W-2 > Statements /Vouchers > W-2/1099. Scroll down to Online Tax Form and select Click to Enroll.
From the Proliant Mobile App, select W-2 from the home screen and then select Click to Enroll.
If you have not received your paycheck or direct deposit, contact your current or former employer’s Payroll or HR department to verify your delivery address and/or bank account information.
