If you have questions about your paycheck, direct deposit, tax forms, or other HR-related matters, please contact your employer’s HR or payroll department. Select Create Account on the Proliant login page. You will be prompted to enter your Company ID, Last Name, First Initial, Social Security Number, and Zip code. From there, create a unique username and password.
Note: Your personal information must match your employee data in the Proliant system. If you do not know your Company ID, please contact your company’s Payroll/HR Administrator.
If you are experiencing issues creating a new user account, it could be one of the following issues:
If you have not received your one-time passcode, check your mailbox Spam folder. If the one-time passcode is not in your Spam folder, resend the code to your phone number via text message.
If you are still unable to obtain your one-time passcode, please contact your company’s Payroll/HR Administrator for further assistance.
If you have forgotten your password, select the Forgot Password link on the Proliant login screen.
From the Proliant Mobile App, select “Forgot Password” on the login screen.

From the Proliant application, you can view and choose to print your most previous paycheck as well as any other previous paychecks. Select My Info > Paychecks/W-2 > Last Check or My Info > Paychecks/W-2 > Check History to view/print a single pay stub.
From the Proliant Mobile App, select My Pay on the home screen. You have the option of selecting the Current, Year to Date, and History views. Once you select a view, select the email icon to email your pay stub(s).

From the Proliant application, you can view and choose to print your Form W-2 or 1099. Select My Info > Paychecks/W-2 > W-2 / 1099 to view/print a single tax statement.
From the Proliant Mobile App, select W-2 on the home screen. Once you select a tax statement, select View to see your tax statement. From this screen you can select Print to send a copy of the tax form to your printer.

Direct Deposit Vouchers
From the Proliant application, select My Info > Paychecks/W-2 > Statements/Notifications. Under Electronic Direct Deposit Vouchers select Click to Enroll.
Form W-2
From the Proliant application, select My Info > Paychecks/W-2 > W-2/1099, and then select Modify Enrollment Settings. Under Online Tax Form select Click to Enroll.
From the Proliant Mobile App, select W-2 from the home screen and then select Modify Enrollment Settings. Select Click to Enroll to complete the enrollment process.
If you have not received your paycheck or direct deposit, contact your current or former employer’s Payroll or HR department to verify your delivery address and/or bank account information.
For paystub information, reach out to your current or former employer’s Payroll or HR department.
For historical tax documents, contact the IRS directly.
Once you have logged into the Proliant application, your Company ID is visible at the top of the page.
